Every Gift Baskets Market order is hand-assembled and shipped from our fulfillment center in Columbus, OH 43201. We pack every gift with care, protect fragile items, and include tracking on every order so you and the person receiving the gift always know when it will arrive.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day; orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your gift is on its way.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please note: Oversized baskets and any order containing alcohol require a physical street address and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Standard, non-restricted gifts can ship to P.O. Boxes via Standard Ground.
Business, hotel & hospital deliveries: We’re happy to deliver to offices, hotels, and hospitals. Please include the recipient’s full name, company/room/suite number, and a contact phone number so the front desk can accept the gift.
Packaging & Handling
We take pride in how our gifts arrive:
- Fragile items (glassware, wine, ceramics) are individually cushioned to prevent breakage.
- Baskets are shrink-wrapped and secured so the presentation stays picture-perfect from our door to theirs.
- No prices or invoices are included in the box – gifts are meant to be a surprise.
Alcohol & Age Verification
Baskets that include wine, champagne, or other alcohol require the recipient to be 21 or older, and an adult signature is required at delivery. Someone 21+ must be present to receive these orders. Alcohol-containing gifts can only ship to states where such deliveries are permitted; restricted addresses will be flagged at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or enter the number on the carrier’s website.
- Track your gift in real time until it’s delivered.

Delivery Protection
Every order is covered at no extra cost. If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll make it right:
- Damaged on arrival – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Lost in transit – If tracking shows no delivery progress after 10 business days, we’ll reship your order at no charge.
- Marked delivered but not received – Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Carrier Information
We ship through major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the basket’s size, weight, destination, and the shipping speed selected at checkout.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by that carrier. Gift Baskets Market isn’t responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), carrier volume is high. We post holiday order cutoff dates on our homepage – order before the posted cutoff to guarantee arrival in time. We recommend choosing an expedited method during these periods.
