We don't ship orders — here's who does
Gift Baskets Market is an independent guide. We don't sell, pack or ship gift baskets. When you click a button on our site, you go to Amazon, where your order is placed with Amazon or an independent seller. They handle shipping, tracking, customer service, returns and refunds, under Amazon's policies.
How to check the real delivery date
- Open the product on Amazon.
- Make sure the delivery location at the top of the page is set to the recipient's ZIP code (not yours).
- Read the delivery date shown near the price and at checkout — that's the estimate that counts.
- If the date is too late, filter the search results by delivery day or look for a similar item that arrives sooner.

Perishable gifts
Fresh fruit, chocolate, cheese and baked goods need extra planning:
- Ship early in the week so packages don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
- In hot weather, choose sellers that offer insulated packaging or cold packs, or pick shelf-stable gifts.
- Make sure someone will be home to bring the box inside.
- Some fresh produce can't be shipped to certain states. The seller's listing shows any restrictions.
Alcohol
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits are regulated by each state, must be sold by a licensed retailer and require an adult (21+) signature at delivery. Sending to hospitals, offices and remote areas
- Hospitals: many have rules about flowers, food and deliveries to certain units. Call ahead, or send the gift to the patient's home.
- Offices: include the company name, floor and suite, and ship on a weekday.
- Rural, Alaska and Hawaii addresses: transit can take longer, and some items can't be shipped. Check the delivery estimate before ordering. Our state guides have local tips.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon or the seller under their policies. Food and personalized items are often non-returnable, so check the return policy on the product page before you buy.

Who ships my gift basket?
Amazon or the third-party seller shown on the product page. Gift Baskets Market never handles packages. Your order confirmation email and the Your Orders page in your Amazon account show who is shipping it.
My gift basket is late or damaged. What should I do?
Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account to track the package, report a problem, or request a replacement or refund. The seller and Amazon handle all delivery issues.
Can you change the delivery address on my order?
We can't, because we don't have access to orders. You may be able to change it in your Amazon account if the item hasn't shipped yet.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We don't ship anything. Our guides focus on US delivery. Whether an item ships internationally depends on the seller and is shown on the Amazon product page.
