Our commitment
Gift Baskets Market wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic structure: one main heading per page, a logical heading order, landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and breadcrumbs.
- Keyboard support: every menu, link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a "Skip to content" link.
- Readable design: body text is at least 16 pixels, color contrast is designed to meet WCAG AA, and the layout works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Images and icons: decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers; meaningful images include text alternatives.
- Forms: every form field has a visible label and clear error and success messages.
- Motion: we respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- No time limits and no content that flashes.
Known limitations
Our product buttons open Amazon, which is a third-party website with its own accessibility practices. We can't control the accessibility of external sites.
