At Gift Baskets Market, we want you and your recipient to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

If your gift arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We stand behind every basket we ship.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we prepare and dispatch gifts quickly, there's a short window to make changes:
- Before your order ships: Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update the address, delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at no charge.
- After your order ships: We're unable to cancel or change the order, but our Satisfaction Guarantee still applies once it's delivered.

Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Alcohol (wine, champagne, spirits) — legal restrictions prevent us from accepting returns.
- Personalized or custom-made baskets.
- Final sale / clearance items, clearly marked at checkout.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery, we'll gladly reship it once the correct details and any re-shipping cost are confirmed. Refunds in these cases are issued for the product value, less the original shipping fee.
Refused or Undeliverable Alcohol Orders
If an alcohol order can't be delivered because no adult 21+ is available to sign after multiple attempts, the package is returned to us. In that case we'll issue a refund for the product value, less shipping and any carrier return fees.
